Ways into happiness: Feet-belly-breath

i love to feel
love to feel my feet against the ground.

 I breath into the space between my toes & through to the soles of my feet & heels.  

I sink into the earth.  

I feel the connection between foot & floor. 

I feel the earth support me.  I am here in this moment - in my body feeling the connection with the earth.

Body + breath + focus + ease = Moments of Bliss x

These last few months I have been reminded that this business of being fully present in my body needn't be so complicated. 

Seriously? It needn't be that hard. 

I don't need to go to India to do this, or find a guru, or eat raw, or hug a tree. 

All totally okay cool by the way but it's just not neccesary  - thas all I'm sayin'.

All I need do is take a moment to gently focus and breathe deep. 

Shifting my focus from the outside world to the space within my body. A place of warmth, stillness and safety.
