The thing i need to say out loud is that I love this life. I love this world.

Stuff is changing in ways I never really thought was possible.

Inside out kind of change. Nobody can necessarily see it or define it in a clear, concrete, evidence based kind of way. 

But, even so, you know it's there. You can feel it and it runs deep, deep. deep inside of you.

For me, today, it is something of:

Joy, joy, JOY, love.    

And tears too. They burst outta me.

And I am so damn grateful for it all - so damn grateful.

I want to celebrate this fact. 

Rejoicing in our fleshy, vulnerable, humanness & ways.

Here we are - in this thing together.

Here we are. 

Can you feel it? Can you sweet?

And will you join me? Here and now?

Silently is good. Out loud is perfect too. 

Hand on heart. Breathe, breathe, breathe.
