Hello sweetie's,
This is a super quick update, I've been meaning to post for a while but life has just felt FULL you know?
Life has been more about needing to Be rather Do.
What I notice is that I'm in Doing mode most days really. Work in the cubicle, straight home to create, or research, or blog, or, you know, that kind of thing.
Familiar right? We must do more, be more, create more. Eeyuuuu. Not What my Soul Wants.
After so many years disconnected from my own creative juicy spirit it is easy to forget that I have a body which needs attention.
It is easy to forget that I have time, that we all have time to do what we really need to do.
And yes it's a challenge to ignore the must-do-it-all-now gremlins that whisper in my ear.
So my tired, frazzled brain reminds me to respect and nurture my body. It's a practise right now, which in all honesty, I slip in and out of.
But self care is where it's at baby and I know this. Yes, so important to rest and sleep my love's.
Important to breathe in the fresh air. To place your feet firmly on the ground. To look up to the sky.
I send all our self care rituals and body's needs some sprinklings of magical fairy dust!
So that we may remember that nurture is as important as doing, creating, growing.
And now, without further ado, here's a little thing I made earlier. My first vlog - my very own Love Bug TV!
Oooooo yayyyyyyyy - excitingggggg! It was so much fun to make - full of love and ease! Yum, yum, yum!!!
(Sorry the linky poo is so teensy weensy - it does work though!)
Enjoyyyyyy and embrace your inner child my loves and learn how to reset your internal I-am-silly button!
